Peter T. Golder
CEO, Co-Founder
Peter is a passionate financial services entrepreneur, executive and investor with over 25 years of capital markets and investment banking experience and the author of recøde — shaping the future of global financial market$.
Peter is a co–founder and CEO of 1ØV a global capital market focused advisory and media boutique, the Founder and CEO of AKRONG ADVISORY SOLUTIONS, and the Founder of 119 LABS, a solutions design platform operating @ the intersection of 1/ digital assets [crypto, stablecoins, RWA]; 2/ credit, collateral, liquidity, risk arbitrage, treasury; 3/ clearing, settlement, custody, staking; 4/ asset agnostic infrastructure; and 5/ AI.
Previously, Peter was a Managing Director and the Head of Group Digital Assets at LSEG with a mandate to shape the future of Digital Assets and Digital Market Infrastructure across the Group through the definition and execution of innovative and commercially viable business models.
Before that, Peter was the Chief Commercial Officer at SIX Digital Exchange [SDX] and a Board member of the Global Blockchain Business Council [GBBC] and the Ethereum Enterprise Alliance [EEA]. Prior to SDX, Peter was the founder and CEO of Euroclear Information Solutions.
Earlier in his career, Peter was the CEO of Dar Al Istithmar, Deutsche Bank’s award-winning Islamic structuring boutique and the Global Head of Strategy for Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets Equities division. Peter was also the co—founder and CEO of 776 Capital, a systematic quantitative investment manager and a Managing Director of Prosdocimi, a corporate finance and merchant banking boutique. In addition, Peter was a capital markets’ Principal at Booz & Co advising investment banks and financial market infrastructure providers on strategy and risk management.
Peter regularly publishes on industry matters and is a frequent speaker at Digital Assets, DLT and Crypto industry events. Peter also serves as an adviser to several FinTech, crypto and AI firms.
Peter holds a PhD in Strategy from Bayes Business School; a MSC in European Law and Politics [Insigni Cum Laude] plus a MA and BA in Economics and Finance both from the University of Basel. He completed Executive Education programs at the Harvard Business School, the Chicago Booth School of Business and the Said Business School at the University of Oxford. Peter speaks fluent English, German, Italian, French and Python.
Marc Sparrow
Co-Founder
Marc is an applied technologist with a history of assimilating and executing on emerging technologies in the services of the financial sector, most recently with production blockchain/ DLT solutions.
An advisor, consultant, designer, builder, deployer, operator and provider of support to solutions in hedge fund, exchange, HFT, and investment bank environments with a desk–level understanding of financial products encompassing equities, FX, credit and interest rate products, commodities, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives.
Marc is a co–founder of 1ØV, a global capital market focused advisory and media boutique, and a co-founder of Cor Prime, a regulated crypto-asset credit financing initiative positioned as a prime of primes and supporting the engagement of traditional risk capital in the crypto-assets space. Cor Prime stands at the intersection of traditional and digital finance and is poised to extend credit to high-quality counterparties as a trusted bridge between traditional markets and digital assets as these ecosystems continue to converge.
Previously, Marc was Head of Digital Asset Solutions at LSEG and responsible for defining and coordinating the digital asset strategy based on extensive ecosystem experience, translating this into an integrated solution architecture, and driving the product design team through relevant client collaboration, ensuring an extensive yet achievable production focused implementation.
Before that, Marc was the Chief Architect of a number of startups in the blockchain and consulting space, having observed the requirement to apply the technology selectively to solve real business challenges while part of the R3 Lab & Research Center in 2016. While this was the start of his professional blockchain career, his first deployment of the Bitcoin codebase was in 2011.
Earlier in his career, Marc worked across the collateral trading, prime brokerage, asset management, and hedge fund units of UBS, as well as with several consultancies where he forged the capability to bring the latest technology to solve business challenges.
